Came into today Saturday 8 August at 1:45pm and got told off by a teenager. Customer service here is down the toilet. They ignored me and when I called it out apparently their conversation was “really important for our job, lady” . Hire someone over 18 who will check out people instead of making us wait for their convo to be over. It was actually comical how bad this place is
This place is a little heaven. Always music playing from a bygone era, chill vibes and bargains to be had.
The girl I usually see on a Tuesday is wonderful. She is very friendly and helpful - excellent customer service. But, please inform your staff that they are LEGALLY NOT PERMITTED TO TOUCH YOUR BAGS when inspecting them. I understand that they need to check bags, but IT IS ACTUALLY AGAINST THE LAW FOR RETAILERS TO TOUCH A CUSTOMERS BAGS. Customers are responsible for showing the contents of their bags.
