My friend and I were served by Naomi at Lane 3 at the Belconnen Reject Shop on 19/09/25 at 6:56pm (yes I saved the receipt). My friend is Indian, and meanwhile I am not a person of colour. My friend experienced extremely rude and racist customer service by Naomi. Naomi didn’t greet her at all, and when my friend asked her to wrap a ceramic bowl with paper to prevent breakage, Naomi refused. Gotta love this shop. My favourite buys....International lollies and chocolate (not sold at rip off prices, like some other stores), pet treats and bathroom staples. The staff are lovely and there's always a bargain to have. Best place to buy lollies for the movies!
Found a cute Luna doll not in the box. Tried to talk to the lady at the counter to see if I could get her cheaper the woman said no and seemed rude. Really disrespectful that I had to pay $15.00 when could have been more leniant and got her cheaper as found out of the box. What rude customer service.
