I just wanted to thank Madison from the Traralgon Reject Shop store for her outstanding, friendly customer service over the last couple of day's. My click & collect payment option was not working so she went above & beyond communicating with me by phone to get all of the items I needed & had them ready for my daughter to collect. Not once but twice !!! Amazing customer service, thankyou 😊

This would be one of the most clean Tidiest, organised shops that I have been in. It’s a pleasure to walk through where there is organisation plus. Staff are ever so friendly and helpful as well. It’s a credit to Dave and his staff. He obviously has educated his staff to respect , and value the job that they currently hold . Well done.😊
