I'm a young kid and I was with my brother and my friend and as I was browsing the security guard started following me and my friends around non-stop and as a child I felt very unsafe.
Shopped here today (Thursday, 17th April at 3:32pm) and was served by a short male with dark hair on the corner counter. I had my hair stuck to my lip balm and the staff pointed it out, I thanked him for letting me know and went on my way - as soon as I turned my back, the male staff laughed out loud and said “she must be hungry”. So unprofessional and an unnecessary remark to say to a paying customer. He needs a refresher on customer service and needs to grow up, very immature and disrespectful
It is unfortunate that l had the experience of dealing with a cranky & rude old lady at the register this morning. I had the item (a bag of cleaning cloth) on her right. She said move it around. The item is on the right side. It took her another second or so to find the barcode. It seems that due to her hastiness and impatience, she was jumping the gun.
