Security guard loitering around at the registers on Sunday 7/12/25 unnecessarily intervened confusing himself as a staff member. Both myself and the staff member were having respectful and professional interactions relating to a faulty product and options available, only for the security guard to intervene on a few instances heightening the situation unnecessarily due to his own ignorance and cluelessness. went to the reject shop 2 days ago was served by this lovely lady named natalie she was extremely friendly and kind and helped me throughout. 😀😀
Went in a couple days ago and was served by a tall woman that had long black hair, she was very nice and comforting while serving me, 10/10 customer service, will be coming back again
Very poor customer service. The person that served me at the counter was rude. Please provide training for your staff to be pleasant and helpful. I had my own bag, she scanned my items and walked away. Didn’t even bother to put the items in the bag. Won’t be shopping there again.
