Security guard loitering around at the registers on Sunday 7/12/25 unnecessarily intervened confusing himself as a staff member. Both myself and the staff member were having respectful and professional interactions relating to a faulty product and options available, only for the security guard to intervene on a few instances heightening the situation unnecessarily due to his own ignorance and cluelessness. went to the reject shop 2 days ago was served by this lovely lady named natalie she was extremely friendly and kind and helped me throughout. 😀😀
Went in a couple days ago and was served by a tall woman that had long black hair, she was very nice and comforting while serving me, 10/10 customer service, will be coming back again
