I had packets of cat food & had them in my bag. I was about 2 take everything out so I started doing that & the young girl on the Saturday afternoon started scanning stuff while I hadn't unloaded everything & I told he just wait till I unload everything it will get all mixed up. So then I got home & was overcharged on 1 packet & also was missing 1 item. Very disappointed with the customer service I received from the lady with pink hair at The Reject Shop. She was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping me. I asked if she could reprint my receipt, but she refused, saying only her manager could do it. Since it was close to closing time, she wouldn’t assist me at all or even try to find a solution. Lovely friendly staff who gave me time without feeling rushed. The shop was clean, bright and well organised too.
Great service from the young blonde haired lady working at the checkout at the North Park shopping centre Reject Shop on Tuesday 8/7/25. I have been there on several occasions as I like their products but the friendliness of the staff is an added bonus
