I want to give a big shoutout to a man with glasses (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) who truly went above and beyond to help. He took the time to search high and low for a toy my daughter really wanted, and his patience and care were so noticeable. He was absolutely lovely with her — calm, kind, and clearly doing everything he could to cheer her up when she was upset. It was heartwarming to watch, and his efforts definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Hopefully this gets seen and read by a higher level of staff sadly after entering your store in Cranbourne Park Shopping centre this morning like i have many of times before as the store is normally bright / Clean and the staff are always happy and very welcoming but today not for the 1st time either i noticed the manager i think or he acts like he is named Tim as i heard a staff member call his name while i was there he is bloody rude he looks at people including myself with no emotions and it seems like he does not care an... read more
I’m a regular customer of the store at Cranbourne park and today sadly I have to speak up. This store I come to on a very regular basis and with children . I was shopping today in the early afternoon and overheard and observed the manager of the store I believe his name to be Tim. he spoke so disrespectfully to the female members of staff and had an issue with their work and then in general .
