KALEB is the name of the shop attendant who was at the till when I paid for my purchased products. He was arrogant. He did not established rapport with his customers. He was more concerned what was in his mobile phone. He did not say hello and thank you for coming or anything at all. He was just standing there scanned my items and waited for me to pay. He then picked up his phone and was focused on it. He did the same thing to the customer after me. Not good!
Service Satisfaction. My family was served by Bredley. After my wife paid what we bought my daughter pick up a packet of Hubbabubba, when we present at the counter, Bredley just paid for her. He was friendly and has customer maniac. Enthusiastic. I'd love to go there not because I've got something free but because of good Service. Go Bredley! Thank you
