I Asked staff if they had a product out the back. I could see the product out the back. When I said I could see it she said it is against policies to get it after saying there is nothing there. Untrustworthy, was very rude about the situation and very unhappy with the service at this store.
I’m not happy with system and staff doing with try to unfair off the sales price showing to customers it’s long overdue if you don’t want to refund or don’t know about it should be leaning towards accounting basics too . How you refund price $1 each to paid $2 each when customer asked for it not collected. It’s not big money I mean but it’s not right price to paid too?
Very friendly staff, well stocked and items are easy to find.
