One rude staff member has resulted in this review of the store. We entered, stood in front of some shelving for a maximum of 60 seconds as we decided on what product we wanted from that shelf. She (and her colleague) came out of no where and welcomed us with ‘get out of the way, move over there!?!’, her tone was loud, rude and abrupt, perhaps if she used some politeness would we not be so offended. I understand people have bad days but this woman clearly hates her job if that’s how she addresses people who enters the store. ... read more
I bought a tin of mark down Danish cookies from the Cowra NSW store only to find when I got home that the seal didn’t look good and that it had already been opened and upon more investigation I opened the tin to find half the cookies had been already eaten. Talk about disappointment in future I will be checking every sealed tin
We bought two dog coats at the Cowra store on Sunday. Before paying we asked if they could get exchanged or refund if they didn’t fit. We were told as long as they weren’t “muddy” dirty that we could. We tried them on our pups inside and they didn’t fit so took them straight off to return. Our pups live inside so no mud or dirt. Went in this morning -Tuesday- to return and was told there was a hair on one of them so no return or refund. I couldn’t see it …..
