I had taken something back, and the sales assistant was unable to put the refund back on my gift card. He called his supervisor Rohan, who had just started the position! He was so very helpful and tried several attempts to refund my money! In the end I got store credit, which was great! Thanks to both of you! Great friendly & helpful service!! 👍😊

I called ahead to Forster reject shop to enquire if they sold Microsoft sd memory cards. The 'girl' on the phone advised me that yes they do. I came to the reject shop in Forster to grab a treat for my dog also. When I couldn't locate anything resembling a sd card. I politely enquired at the register, The girl then asked a couple of female workers at the front if they did actually sell them. I went into the store for something specific that was on their website and was unable to locate it in store. I asked a worker to look up stock levels, and she said she would look it up and come back. She went away and came back and said “we’re all out”. I was fine with that, however as I was exiting the store there were dozens of the item right next to the exit. The woman clearly didn’t look it up as she said she did.
