The Manager is rude.
The Manager is a liar and needs to be replaced! After buying 3x RingGrip heaters over the past 3 months, 2x are faulty, but I've only bought back 1 so far. The counter staff didn't know what to do. He called the Manager which I had no issue with. The Manager asked if it's used it. What a stupid question. Really? How would I know if it was faulty or not if I hadn't used it.
