The prices great, the shopping great, but you know what’s bad is the employees, they are always extremely rude stare at you and not to mention there will be a few other people in the store but if your a young girl they will do security checks, if you look different they will do security checks. It looks like this shop has had a redo recently. There are now long wide isles stacked with stuff. Nicely presented. Clear pricing. You can buy all sorts of stuff there from knickknacks that will most probably end up in the charity shop in a couple of years, a whole isle of confectionery for those with a sweet tooth, and a huge range of cleaning products that may or may not be environmentally friendly. 🤔 Bargain prices? I'm not sure. You be the judge.
The Mentone location on Nepean Highway is great, especially since the renovations. Big aisles, easy to navigate, and plenty of parking.
We always enjoy shopping at Reject Shop Mentone as the youthful staff are always helpful and courteous. Today , Tom went to get a trolley outside the shop for me and I had a dizzy spell and fell over and hurt my knee and hand outside.Unfortunately for me I have no warning and it passes quickly and happens rarely. Tom was so upset for me and assisted me and asked did I need help. It must have been a scary moment for him. We went inside and started shopping. I was looking for a particular brand of laundry deterjent that thankfully they had it. On my way out, I grabbed a few more things because I just couldn't control myself with some much bargains around me. I walked out feeling happy with my purchases.
