I left a bag of shopping behind after paying for it last week, called the shop as soon as I realised it was missing to tell them I’d be in ASAP to get it - right before realising I had a severe tummy bug & couldn’t go anywhere for a few days. They put all my things back on the shelves to resell AFTER I called to confirm I was picking up. “I’m just following store policy, it’s the rules”. In the past this store used to be nice & friendly. But now the staff are rude and pushy. They don’t seem to want to help their customers, they don’t seem to care how many people are waiting in line two be served. Disappointing
Love this shop. I have to stop myself from buying too much
