Visited this store for the first time this week. The store looked neat and tidy but not fresh and vibrant and many of the ceiling vents needed a clean. Many shelves had gaps and the card shelving had very limited stock. The staff, one female and 2 or 3 young males were all friendly and their customer service was exceptional. We gave 5 stars based purely on the staff and their efforts to help us locate an item, even offering and then ringing other stores to help.

Poor experience, please manage your staff at night. No one at the counter, both staff were at the back chatting with each other without a clue in the world for anything. Literally could’ve walked out with my goods as they did not even notice me at the counter until I had to go get them. Once I interrupted their little gossip, the little eshay boy with his silver chain and Edgar hair cut looked annoyed that he had to stop his conversation with his lady friend to check me out.
