Stood at the register for nearly 10 minutes waiting to be served. Walked around the store and found absolutely no one on the floor. Where the hell are your staff lol. Are you experimenting with an unmanned shop or something? Just ridiculous. I ended up just leaving my stuff and going in the end because it took so long.
Very rude! They make you feel very uncomfortable when you hear over the intercom. "Security cameras two and three." You don't know if they are referring to you while shopping. Will never return.
I tried a head band on and it got stuck in my hair and workers wouldn’t help they said get your friend to do it it’s not our problem unacceptable Morwell midvalley reject shop
Disappointed at Morwell store this morning. Not open at scheduled opening time + 10 mins. Staff member approaching doors seen us waiting turned around and walked off to never return. No explanation as to why they weren’t opening. 🤷♀️ went elsewhere.
