Warning: New setup in shop may set off people that have claustrophobia. The customer service at The Reject Shop was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and I have no complaints about the employees at all. However, the new aisle layout really needs to be reconsidered. Stood at the register for nearly 10 minutes waiting to be served. Walked around the store and found absolutely no one on the floor. Where the hell are your staff lol. Are you experimenting with an unmanned shop or something? Just ridiculous. I ended up just leaving my stuff and going in the end because it took so long.
Very rude! They make you feel very uncomfortable when you hear over the intercom. "Security cameras two and three." You don't know if they are referring to you while shopping. Will never return.
