need to update their opening times. wasted 15 minutes waiting outside only to be told on the phone they open half an hour later than it says on their google page. i had to leave to go to work. very frustrating. (they also have the wrong opening hours on their OWN website. but i’m wrong for waiting outside ig)

Yesterday( 6 January 2025) I was shopping At The Reject Shop Erina, and I came across an old lady that had fallen over and hit her nose and mouth as both were bleeding. The staff had no idea what they were doing, and they were extremely rude when talking to this lady. They had absolutely nothing to help this lady, no bandages, ice packs or paper towels.
