Very good products and service
Cheap product , easy acess to everything
Called an hour ahead of time to get an item put aside , drove across town within the hour.. only for the item not to have been put aside or lost.. I wouldn't know as the staff didn't do much to find it. $30 petrol and one and a half hours of my life gone.
Young staff are the worst. Always mumbling under their breath about customers.
Accessibility: my husband shops in a wide wheelchair. He can fit through most aisles in this store, though sometimes has to reverse out as there is not enough room to turn at the end. This store's staff are very polite, respectful and at times moved objects so that my husband could move about. He feels comfortable and confident enough to return to this store.
