Nice selection of products. Purchased some Christmas items, one of them was a cardboard light up house. I was originally going to buy a smaller one but then decided to get the bigger one. Can't remember if I checked it properly before I took it to the counter as I was with my young children. The staff member at the counter told me it didn't have a price and tried asking me to go and get one that had a price. PLS ENSURE THAT MANAGEMENT AND OWNERS ARE MADE AWARE OF THIS REVIEW. THE DIFF BETWEEN MANAGEMENT AND STAFF IS GENERALLY DUE TO THEIR PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, so IM CONFUSED AS TO WHY FLYNN & LANA HAVEN’T BEEN PROMOTED. I was looking for an item in a different design and expected the industry standard RESPONSE of “no we don’t have that”, and “sorry I don’t know”.
