I have had absolutely enough. I am disgusted with the customer service at The Reject Shop. The workers are absolutely horrible and disgraceful. They are so mean to me and my zumba partner. We went to buy tutus for our great grandkids and we were UNHAPPY with the sizing, so we went and returned them. And I hate to be the one to tell my fellow Google reviewers this, but I have NOT received my money in 3 weeks. If you are looking for cheap and decent quality goods come to this store... they have good staff and various sections. They dont have too much party options and it feels like their games are more like cash grabs... and they have only 3 options of pinatas without the bags. There's also not many staff walking around the store for help many are just at the front of the store. If you're looking for a nice stop for cheap goods go here but dont expect a luxurious experience.
