I am a reasonably regular customer in this store, I normally buy all my dog treats there, they are well price and very good quality. I wanted something a little unusual this week but had no idea if they even sold it or where it would be. I asked at the counter and the service I got was EXCEPTIONAL. I was shown where they were and all my questions were answered. This store gives good service normally but the service I received this week is the best I have had in any retail store in a very long time.
Wide array of well priced goods
Really disappointing experience with the Reject shop in Scone NSW. Items displayed online as available, went in store to purchase, none available. Asked for help, none out the back, their scanner said they have 7 in store, the managers advice was to drive an hour to Singleton… she also wouldn’t let me buy the same bed in a similar pattern for the discounted price. Not good enough- whatever happened to stocktake??
