While on holidays I went to the shop and on both occasions the staff have been great. I can't remember the young lady who served me but her bright demener made my day. Another shopper also commented on her customer service. Good job Reject Shop staff

Today (12/8/2025) at approximately 10.15am, l was served by an EXCELLENT young man,l think his name was Jarrod He was AMAZING,he was so efficient in customer service it was FANTASTIC, He was so lovely to the two ladied in front of me and the person behind me. He was so so lovely To see a young person with impeccable manners and kindness was wonderful to witness. Jarrod next time lam in the store l look forward to you serving me again. Thank you, You made my day.
This store is large, has amazing stock at awesome prices.... and a fun place to work, too.
