So far only people who are nice are at front desk my mom has cataract and has tryed getaway nurse to help get a doctor because she can't see. I went 3 days ago spoke to nurse could feel the anger of me asking her to check on my mom nothing nurses at that station. My mom also says the rarely feed her she is in rehab. that nurses ignore her and don't care or want to spend time on her. I think I may take my mom to a better place. Response time when ringing for a nurse to come to your room takes forever. When calling to speak to staff no one answers their phone. When leaving a message to call back no one calls you back.

Don’t send nobody you know here. There’s mold all on the ceilings, they don’t feed the patients. Especially if they can’t talk. No one ever answers the phone. Case workers are absolutely a joke. No baths. The baseboards and whole facilities needs to be thrown in the nearest garbage and rebuilt with new employees. This place is the lowest of the low. Find somewhere suitable for your love one. I know other places aren’t so good either but this one has to be the worst of them all.

Staff cares about patients, excellent customer service, from front desk employees to nursing. Incredible environment for our loved ones.
