People are dedicated and caring,, love the therapists and nurses, and CNAs
Unfortunately, our experience was not at all what we expected. Considering it came in as one of the top 3 facilities, We’ve stayed at previous Skilled Nursing facilities before. I would not put a loved one here. Facility was dirty, aged, only 1 working bathroom for guest. In 11 days I never saw a front office person at the sign in desk , which is concerning cause anyone can walk in off the streets. Food had to be the worst I’ve ever seen and tasted. Clean, awesome staff and my Mom is happy, everyone is respectable, no one expect their loved one 2 ever be in a place like this, but this place is one of the nicest Genesis facilities I've been to as a visitor and working as a CNA. THANK YOU ALL FOR HELPING MY MOM ON HER ROAD TO RECOVERY🥰🫶
Few days my daughter has been here and I see staff are very helpful and there is communication. Friendly staff and greeted well. Thank you
