The treatment tables look good on their website which made me give it one star but the customer service is horrible. No one answers the phone in their office. Off the dozens of calls I made to them, I was answered once. I tried to purchase their physio x table (on march 30th) and was stuck at the checkout page as I was using affirm to buy it on a payment plan. The table I purchased has been making a loud rattling noise when I lower it since I purchased it. Sean Naim comitted to replacing the table as he said it was an issue whereby the strut was impinging on the motor. He stated it was a result of him having not secured the table adaquately when he was transferring it to the clinic. This 1 star review can become a 5 star review. I had a bad experience with Shakeb "Sean" Naim on purchasing a table through their trltables website. After being told it would be 1-2 weeks to get a table, I called in my credit card and was then told it would be 6-8 weeks. I emailed a number of times to find out why the timeline had changed. After a number of emails, I finally received a reply, about 10 days later, stating he would check the queue and get back to me. Nearly 2 weeks went by with no response. Very nice and clean space. Went looking for the chiro supreme 2.0 table and Shan was incredibly helpful. He gave us a demo treatment on the table and was very knowledgeable and professional. Lots of parking space and easily accessible. Would recommend 🙌🏻
