The Regal Beagle is a very nice and clean facility, and the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. My concern came during my dog’s boarding test. He was placed in a kennel in the main hallway where there were a lot of barking dogs and people walking past, which clearly stressed him out and caused an unusual reaction. Luca is normally very sweet and calm, so I believe he would have done better in a quieter, more controlled environment. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed with the care my dogs received at this boarding facility. When I picked them up, one of my dogs had visibly blood pooling in both of his eyes, which was very alarming and clearly not how I left him. There was no explanation provided, besides them stating that “they didn’t see it” and offered no assistance with the immediate vet visit after leaving their facility. He was in the care of the regal beagle for six days.I received zero calls or messages from them about this. This was my biggest concern.... read more
Just a BIG shoutout to the folks at The Regal Beagle. We have been using them for almost 3 years for our senior poodle, Rebel, for grooming. They have always done an excellent job and Misty, his groomer, is definitely the “dog whisperer”. He never seems distressed when I pick him up and he will be 15 Monday, so Happy Birthday”old man” and thanks to everyone at The Regal Beagle.!!!
I am not one to leave a negative review, but I want other dog owners to be informed. My dog has attended Regal Beagle’s daycare for almost 4 years. He has loved every stay with them, until last month. My dog was involved in a fight with another dog. I was contacted by Regal Beagle that both dogs were labeled as the aggressor & banned. During that phone call, and when my dog was picked up, multiple times I was told by the same staff member that the other dog was “reactive”. I’ve been very pleased will the regal beagle services! When we first went there was for Grooming and although Cricket went insane with the other dogs the groomer there was super nice and actually have up options. We now use the mobile grooming service and Sam is amazing! Not only did Cricket do amazing with them she also loves them as well which is always a good sign!
