I am not one to leave a negative review, but I want other dog owners to be informed. My dog has attended Regal Beagle’s daycare for almost 4 years. He has loved every stay with them, until last month. My dog was involved in a fight with another dog. I was contacted by Regal Beagle that both dogs were labeled as the aggressor & banned. During that phone call, and when my dog was picked up, multiple times I was told by the same staff member that the other dog was “reactive”. For the past two years, our short-haired, blonde and dark-haired cat has been a loyal customer of The Regal Beagle. We started bringing her in for nail trims when she was just eight months old, and have since added their Spa and Complete Total Care grooming services to her routine. I’ve been very pleased will the regal beagle services! When we first went there was for Grooming and although Cricket went insane with the other dogs the groomer there was super nice and actually have up options. We now use the mobile grooming service and Sam is amazing! Not only did Cricket do amazing with them she also loves them as well which is always a good sign! For years, we have relied on The Regal Beagle for our boarding needs. Owner Mike and his dedicated staff are professionals and do a great job. We wouldn't trust any other place to board our bearded dragon. And the place is beautiful and tastefully decorated.
We have gotten our dogs groomed here twice and LOVE the way our dogs come home. They smell amazing and the haircuts are perfect! They also have incredible pricing. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a haircut, bath or spa day for your pup!!
