I’m EXTREMELY disappointed with the care my dogs received at this boarding facility. When I picked them up, one of my dogs had visibly blood pooling in both of his eyes, which was very alarming and clearly not how I left him. There was no explanation provided, besides them stating that “they didn’t see it” and offered no assistance with the immediate vet visit after leaving their facility. I am not one to leave a negative review, but I want other dog owners to be informed. My dog has attended Regal Beagle’s daycare for almost 4 years. He has loved every stay with them, until last month. My dog was involved in a fight with another dog. I was contacted by Regal Beagle that both dogs were labeled as the aggressor & banned. During that phone call, and when my dog was picked up, multiple times I was told by the same staff member that the other dog was “reactive”. I’ve been very pleased will the regal beagle services! When we first went there was for Grooming and although Cricket went insane with the other dogs the groomer there was super nice and actually have up options. We now use the mobile grooming service and Sam is amazing! Not only did Cricket do amazing with them she also loves them as well which is always a good sign! Our experience with the staff at Regal Beagle has been amazing. We are very picky about how are little mini schnauzer is treated and they have done an exceptional job with her. We have been very pleased by their responsiveness, updates on care, and the report cards about her stays. She also seems to love the staff and she is very peculiar about people.
For years, we have relied on The Regal Beagle for our boarding needs. Owner Mike and his dedicated staff are professionals and do a great job. We wouldn't trust any other place to board our bearded dragon. And the place is beautiful and tastefully decorated.
