If I could I would give negative 5 stars, I just visited this location for the first time right before Christmas and had Botox administered in my forehead area, crows feet and the injector suggested by my mouth / chin area (I told her I’ve never had it done there) she said it would really help my face, and that she’s done it hundreds of times and she’s “experienced” so I agreed. I made my appointment through the website and asked about their special and how many units of Botox that I could use with the special price, and I was told for as many as I use in my visit. I get there and they told me no, that it was only for 20 units, I had shown them my text with my information and appointment confirmation, and they would not honor the price that I was given. I went and had 20 units of Botox and I made a follow up appointment and when they asked me if I wanted to tip, I declined I never tip nurse practitioner or doctor when it was time for my next appointment. I called them because they didn’t give me a reminder and they said I didn’t have an appointment And member very clearly. I wanted to give myself a gift day before my birthday.
