My parents moved into The Redwoods Retirement Residence in November 2025, and our family has had a very positive experience since day one. My mom moved to the Redwoods in 2007 and spent the next 18 years in her new home there. She lived independently in her own apartment and, as she needed more support, transitioned smoothly with the excellent care and resources the Redwoods provided. Our Mom and Dad moved to Redwoods in 2011, and made their home there for the rest of their lives (14+ years for Mom!). During all of those years, the staff (some of whom have been there the whole time) have been consistently outstanding. Care and services are provided with skill, compassion and great kindness. My 95 year old Father chose the Redwoods after a broken hip wouldn’t allow him to stay in the family home. It was definitely the right choice, the Redwoods has the perfect blend of independant and assisted living for my father’s needs. Three delicious meals a day in the dining room, laundry service and housekeeping, it reminded me of A Gentleman in Moscow, it was like he was living in a hotel!
