My dad was here a few years ago in the skilled nursing wing. (Yes it was the tail.ebd of COVID & still very strict). Positves were the private, clean modern room, his own outdoor patio.lettinh out to a garden/larger patio. Negatives were nursing care. The head RN, charge RN and dietician did not know what CHF was and kept pushing po fluids on him. This place has been an absolute nightmare for my Grandma. She hates it. It’s basically a psych ward disguised as senior care. Since moving in, both her and my Grandpa have gone downhill fast—and it’s clear their overmedicated approach is to blame. The food is garbage. The building is old and depressing. Walking through the halls feels like a crumbling hospital in a third-world country. Nothing about this place feels safe, healthy, or humane.
