We selected the Red Spirit resort to host our soon to be new family. We arrived on a Saturday and were wed on Monday. Our teenagers all had their own space and we had our own suite. The morning after the wedding we were hosted by Karen the owner with a delicious and healthy homemade brunch. In addition to the main cabin, the meeting area in the barn was a great space to socialize during brunch.
My heart is filled with gratitude for the beauty and peace that I found at Red Spirit Retreat Center last weekend. The song of birds fills the air and the scent of a delicious home cooked meal prepared by Karen enters your senses as you arrive. There is no greater welcome! Karen understands the spirit of hospitality on a very deep level and that nourishment of the soul and stomach are connected. The environment is very conducive to individual or group events. I found Red Spirit Retreat Center to be a wonderful place to come together in small community. The facilities are comfortable and surrounded by natural beauty. The food was amazing! Truly some of the best I have had. I would recommend this place without reservation!
I was part of a small retreat at Red Spirit this past weekend. I would highly recommend it for small groups of around a dozen. Karen is an amazing hostess and the lodging is pleasant. The area is wooded and beautiful. Great place!!
Red Spirit Retreat is a place which nourishes your spirit and your soul. The buildings are surrounded by beautiful woods, the accommodations comfortable, and Karen is an extraordinary hostess. It is a wonderful setting for a intimate retreat with friends, or a personal get away to focus on your own inner work. Karen is an extraordinary cook and her fruit pies are out of this world.
