Sauna works great Very hot. Had an issue with my lid and and they happily replaced it Thanks
I purchased the sauna and ice bath package about a month ago and haven't heard a thing from this company. Paying for a product that I haven't received. It's really frustrating because I am meticulous with checking reviews, particularly prior to spending money on an expensive item. All the reviews say it's great but I'm getting no response.
