Miquela bent my knee too far, started with a gentle stretch, then put her whole body weight down in one motion with no warning. . Caused me to have a total knee replacement. When my knee snapped, she said thanks for sharing and continued the massage. She shouldn't be practicing. They are no longer honoring nova vita gift cards which I was told never expired. I just lost $500. My daughter was using the gift card up.
The Happy Melon 1star review is fake. This story could not happen. As a physician that routinely refers my patients to The Recovery Room I can vouch for their expertise.
