Expensive ...Derrimut have infrared saunas included in their very cheap memberships ....as much as u like. Shop around.
The PERFECT place to recover from work, exercise or stress. Absolutely love coming here to unwind and regenerate. Have tried the Infra red sauna, floatation tank, red light therapy bed & compressions for sore legs and would highly recommend each one. Will be back to try the Cryotherapy and IV fluid infusion and get a top up on my nutrients. 5 Star service from the staff. Thank you Breathe 🙏🏼
Loved that this was open on a public holiday. Was a great experience and it was easy to get to. I accidentally booked two saunas instead of a joint one and they called me and sorted it out. Looking forward to going again.
