Perfect place for recovery the staff are always so helpful and welcoming. Been attending this place for the past 6 months during the tough footy season. Highly recommended for post game day cryotherapy treatment and all of the above!

Expensive ...Derrimut have infrared saunas included in their very cheap memberships ....as much as u like. Shop around.
The PERFECT place to recover from work, exercise or stress. Absolutely love coming here to unwind and regenerate. Have tried the Infra red sauna, floatation tank, red light therapy bed & compressions for sore legs and would highly recommend each one. Will be back to try the Cryotherapy and IV fluid infusion and get a top up on my nutrients. 5 Star service from the staff. Thank you Breathe 🙏🏼
