I had the pleasure to deal with Aaron in replacing my battery in my laptop as well as improving its performance. Very happy to deal with someone so genuine and helpful. Can’t speak highly enough of the great service I received.
Took my phone in because it had messages of a virus. It had a random app that I could not remove and was causing the problem. The 2 lovely young men helped me and repaired my phone removing the problem and restoring my phone back to normal. I cannot thank them enough and I would highly recommend The Reconnect Project for any tech problems.

After some years of being homeless, I finally got some housing. Starting from scratch one of the things I needed was a laptop. The Reconnect Project supplied me with a great laptop in about a week. I had been in IT for a number of decades. The laptop I received had plenty of RAM and a great SSD, running Windows 11. It suits my needs, thank you very much. Took my my mum's phone here as she had accidently downloaded some malware. Wilbur kindly sorted it all out in about 10mins and my mums phone is as good as new! Great service and great technicians - really recommend for all your mobile needs!
