The product completely stopped working after a week of normal use. I emailed customer support multiple times — no reply. I finally called and got someone who barely spoke English and offered no help. This company takes your money and then disappears. I’ve had better service from shady street vendors.

The cashier here acted like serving me was a personal inconvenience. No greeting, no thank you, and she tossed my change onto the counter instead of handing it to me. It’s not hard to be polite, but apparently, they can’t even manage that.

This company is quick to take your money but disappears when you have a problem. My package was missing half of the items I ordered, but when I contacted them, they claimed everything was shipped together. I sent them photos as proof, but they still refused to send replacements.

Their return policy is designed to discourage you from ever using it. You have to pay for shipping back to another country, provide tracking, fill out multiple forms, and wait weeks for them to “inspect” the item. Even then, they may reject your return for ridiculous reasons like “minor wear.

This restaurant is unhygienic and poorly managed. There were crumbs all over the seats, sticky patches on the floor, and a strong smell of old oil. My fork had dried food stuck to it, and my water glass had fingerprints all over. The food took forever and was barely warm when it arrived.
