Very professional, informative, prompt, understanding, considerate and kind
If you work with them, you'll understand. I was a client. I've been trying for months to get the ray tax group to respond to my emails, and they never do. I'll get an almost automated email about someone getting back to me about my problem, but they don't. I respond to each of those emails, and again 'someone will get back to you.' And it just doesn't happen. I've even called them 5-6 times. I went with the Ray Tax Group because they advertised the lowest fees, I wish I would have paid more to one of their competitors.
