I have been using this firm for years. Definitely honest and reliable. There were times that I wanted to litigate for not so smart matters only to be advised out of it. Another firm would have just taken my money. I guess that is why they have been in business for a while.
I asked Mr. Rashtanov to prepare a document to use with my community association. Mr. Rashtanov was very professional, and knowledgeable. He delivered a quality document and accurately anticipated my needs and objectives. He was very responsive, easy to work with and very reasonably priced. Should the need arise, I would definitely use his services again and I highly recommend his firm.
This law firm is extremely competent and effective. I retained the firm to assist with the sale of my condo, and it immediately became clear that they knew what they were doing. They took over and handled the transaction for me. More importantly, when the transaction fell through because the buyer failed to qualify, the firm obtained reimbursement of my out-of-pocket expenses despite the buyer’s objections. Highly recommend!

A contractor damaged my car and then made it very difficult to determine who was responsible or even obtain the company’s contact information. Mr. Rashtanov quickly identified and located the contractor, pursued the claim, and got the company to pay for the damage. I was very pleased with how promptly and effectively he handled everything.
