THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! She takes her cases PERSONALLY(bitter baby mama syndrome). JUDGE RASHID used to do the absolute BARE MINIMUN in court as a lawyer. I have no idea who or how she was voted her onto a bench as a family court judge, ctfu!!! What a JOKE!!! Post Covid...desperate times, I suppose.
I agree with the other reviewers about Nusrat’s demeanor & attitude. I ended up using another attorney who was the complete opposite. He gave me much more valuable legal advice for my situation even though he charge a little more.
not a nice person
As the other reviewer said, Ms. Rashid is a very rude person and she cuts when you talk. It is a devastating loss for Delaware County that she is elected as a judge. A judge should be appointed not elected to avoid creating incompetent judge.
No response or returned phone call after attempting contact on 2 different numbers. 0 Star because of no response or out dated info.
