I engaged the Repacke Law Group to correct fraudulent assignments against two of my patents. It was a complex case and they told me I might have to sue to get the patent ownership corrected, but we could try an Affidavit of Declaration first. I agreed, they drafted the document, I approved it, signed it, and they told me they sent it to the USPTO Assignment Division for recording. This was in April.
