I originally posted a one star review due to a few issues that I have had recently over the past year or so. In short, as a long time customer, I was disappointed with changes in service and atmosphere quality over the past few years. With in hours a member of their management team reached out to me. They are very receptive to change and feedback. It is very apparent that this Range is dedicated to improving their product and services. Ultimately, I will be taking my business back to Range At 355.
I had a great experience here while doing my CCL renewal. It was clear the instructors goal was for you to leave being fully informed of your rights and the current gun laws. The instructors took the time to make sure everyone had good form and left feeling confident in shooting. My wife and I will be coming back to take advantage of the additional training classes offered. I would highly recommend this gun range
My husband and I recently went to renew our CCL and had a great experience. The instructors were all very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and confident about carrying again. They offer classes for a variety of skill levels, so whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, you can come in and leave feeling more confident. I definitely recommend coming here to practice and take classes!
We visited Range 355 with a group or veterans and had a great experience. The staff were phenomenal to work with. Our range safety officer was a retired Marine and police officer, who kept safety as a top priority and was a pleasure to be around. Highly recommend Range 355 and we will definitely be back!
The only time I have been here was when using there range for the live fire qualification for the CCW class through an independent instructor. While I like that they work with independent instructors to use their booths for the live fire classes, I got the vibe that they didn't want to do that. Our range instructor reserved the booths in advance, yet the class was asked why we were standing in a group and if they could help us.
