This place is god-awful. The airflow in the apartment is bad. You have one air unit at the front of the apartment and ac with no vents going to each room. The office ladies are rude, and the maintenance men do the bare minimum. My faucet has broken 4 times, and the just keep coming and putting the same glue that makes it fall apart on it. They are saying they fix it every time only for their garbage work to fall apart again. Cheap carboard doors. One exit to the complex.
Do not move here unless you have to. The office is full of lazy people who like to pawn you off onto other people when they can easily solve problems themselves. Problems like neighbors' dogs barking, roaches from neighbors, and broken appliances. The office doesn't care about you and will increase rent every year. Lived here for 3 years, place is gross but was cheap. Bugs painted into wall and trim paint, missing trim, and excess mold in the bathroom that constantly grows back. Put in a maintenence request about the mold and it said it was accepted and completed but the complex did nothing about the issue. Also there are cockroaches.
