Useless customer service, spent over £1000 on 2 rads and contacted the shop to confirm one of the TRVs had been broken for months (well before the 2 year manufacturers warranty expired) and I needed their help, they basically said in so many words (both Duncan and Ryan said the same), we don’t care, here’s the link to buy a new one. No helpful support at all, nor could they find my order even with the order number. Buy the products online, you’ll have a better experience and find them cheaper! Shame on you

I found the radiator shop on Google after having gone round other businesses looking for radiators for my home. Any other business I went into only had a catalogue for me to look at. The Radiator Shop in Newtownards had a proper showroom and I was really impressed. I went first to ask some questions and then I went home to go through there entire catalogue on their website and then I returned a 2nd time to look at them in the showroom once more.
