As long as you stay with the process it’s quite simple really. I was recommended to Alan and his team with a few others. I called another person but it went to voicemail and I sent an email. I called Alan and he answered after the 1st ring and assisted me from that point on. Truly a smooth process and having already experienced home loans previously I knew what to expect.
