I have used their several times in the past since quilt repair services are hard to find but am concerned that I won't ever get the ones my great-grandmother made and that I took in last summer back. I paid half the cost of the repairs at the time I dropped them off. Last fall, I spoke with someone and provided a second payment over the phone and specifically asked if that was all that was needed and was told no. I recently took my daughter's baby clothes to Nancy, and her team, at the Quilt Shop of McLean to make a quilt for my daughter's graduation gift. The finished product exceeded my expectations and literally brought me to tears! The amount of detail they included from the clothing was amazing (i.e. original pockets, monograms, applique pieces, tags, etc.). The quilt my husband’s grandmother lovingly made for him as a high school graduation gift resurfaced after having spent years away as one of our daughter’s unauthorized college and grad school companions. Needless to say, the resurfaced quilt was in sad shape. The talented folks at the Quilt Shop in McLean have restored both my antique quilts. One was completely hand sewn. Both quilts had suffered significant damage over the years. Both are now usable and beautiful. I commend the skill and patience of each person who labored on these precious heirlooms. Thank you!

I sent a quilt 2 months ago to get a quote on restoration. I was given a quote but unfortunately I will not be able to afford the repairs. I have sent 6 emails requesting that my sons baby blanket be returned to me with no response. I am beside myself as that blanket is 31 years old. Please return my blanket!!!!!!!
