I was thoroughly amazed with my facial and hand treatment. This was my first time having a facial and I now realize what I’ve been missing out on! Kim was kind, gentle, respectful and told me at all times what she was doing. It was an incredible experience. By far, Kimberly with The Quiet Room gave me the best facial I’ve ever experienced, which began with unexpected refreshments as I completed the paperwork. Everything was so nice, clean and well organized including the changing area/bathroom, and a very relaxing spa room for the facial. The sound of water dripping in her fountain and spa music, coupled with Kim’s kind demeanor, professional techniques and gentle hands, made for a delightful experience! I had the Calming Cool Down Facial and The Deluxe Hand Treatment. Wow...what a wonderful experience!!! The Quiet Room is THE PLACE to get a facial. Everything was very professional and every step was explained. The products felt good on my face. My skin felt so soft and rejuvenated afterwards. The Deluxe Hand Treatment was wonderful. Kimberly took her time with the massage and everything. I would definitely get that service again. I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

This is the best facial I have ever had. I highly recommend this facial spa - The Quiet Room. Kim is very kind and gentle. Kim has the knowledge, the heart, and the hands for a wonderful esthetician.
