Had a couple great smoothies here. Really enjoyed the Caramel Coffee crunch and my daughter had delicious strawberry banana. Deanna was great, really positive attitude and helpful recommendations for newbies to the area. Will definitely drop in here again.

Best place for a boost ! Physical and Mental you are sure to find a very compassionate and caring person behind the counter. What can I say about the bite size bagel ...wow is an understatement. Gluten free also ! ( I had some with my morning eggs today .see picture ) When I can join the walk and talk it's a delightful time chatting with others and a great start to the week.
