Horrible, i placed an order a month ago, i was charged a month ago as well. Product shows waiting fulfillment. I had called prior to placing the order to confirm availability. customer service said in stock ready to ship. Turns out it was a lie. I have tried emailing them, no response. I called for about an hour and nobody picks up the phone. Its Friday 11/3/2023 @ 10:54 a.m. California times so anywhere should be open plus or minus a couple hours. BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!
