I was referred to seek out PT through my ortho regarding an issue I had been dealing with for over a year that had no clear diagnosis/cause. I was left a little worried at first that my undetermined injury would be difficult to treat, but with the help of Emily and Amanda, they not only improved my symptoms, but improved my strength overall in just 3 short months! I now look forward to our biweekly sessions, as the whole team is so kind and wonderful to be around. Thank you to the PTZone!!!

The team at the PT Zone are great! I was able to work through some shoulder and hip issues thanks to their patient and caring help, and I will definitely return if any future issues arise.
Shira is wonderfully knowledgable and put her expertise to work in helping me recover from shoulder injuries. Between the physical manipulations (deep massage, cupping, etc.) and the targeted exercises my shoulders, despite years of abuse and neglect, felt better almost immediately and much, much better after a few weeks of guided PT. I highly recommend PT Zone!!
