PT Zone was instrumental in getting me back on my feet after an injury. Shira and team provided fantastic hands-on care that addressed my specific issues. I particularly appreciated their app which was loaded up with exercises and videos specific to my needs. It was much easier and more enjoyable than flipping through a bunch of PDF printouts!
Amazing staff that work one on one with you to help get back from any injury! Gives helpful exercises to do daily to get back stronger as well as manual work and things specific to you. Great for athletes and can get an appointment farley quick. Emily has been great helping me get back from a lower back injury. Love it!!

Highly recommend! The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and approachable. They create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, but they’ll make sure you get the work done. The environment is both supportive and motivating, which really helps you stay focused on your recovery goals.
Having such great results from my PT with Kaitlyn. I had two areas that were always in spasm. Kaitlyn found the right exercises immediately. After I do them I feel great, and when life gets in the way they tighten up again.. but now I know how to fix it. Very happy. 😃
