The pt Group is amazing. I love this place. They helped get me moving again!
PT Institute is professional when dealing with clients. They offer private therapy rooms by a dedicated therapist. Sally is my therapist and she is a very good listener. Other office staff is very friendly and Chad makes you feel welcome. Staff works as a team and the atmosphere makes you feel comfortable. Only 4 stars because no one is perfect. For me the service is more than expected.
Outstanding ! Sandy is very knowledgeable , patient ( explains in detail) , informative , pleasant, and was very helpful to me ! I would recommend her anytime , Rick
Craig, Sally and Chad are the best! I have only positive remarks for them. I feel my time spent there got me from almost not being able to walk even with a walker following extensive back surgery to walking without any aids! A big thank you to the Mt. Pleasant PT Group team!
