Last year (2023) I had increasing neck pain to the point that it was present all the time, although intensity would vary. After assessment, they found certain muscles were weakened. After 4 weeks of therapy, I continued everything at home, and the neck pain is now almost completely gone. The therapists were excellent, the exercises well described. I had right knee replacement surgery and had never been to the Physical Therapy Institute. I was scheduled somewhere else but they were able to take me two days post-op and I will definitely go back when I have my left knee done at the end of the year. They are all so caring and kind, Kelsey worked with me the most and she is awesome! My right knee feels brand new and so strong after all the work I did at PTI and continue to do with the home exercises they gave me.
