These are good people....my biggest issue with this location is that I never had a consistent person. When I first started, the first two work outs was with Kelci, and she was sooo good. After that, she wasn't there and all of the other associates were stand offish with each other and had minimal connection with their office mates.
Shelly is amazing! Very knowledgable professional and so so helpful! I’m very happy with their services!
Last year I had increasing neck pain to the point that it was present all the time, although intensity would vary. After assessment, they found certain muscles were weakened. After 4 weeks of therapy, I continued everything at home, and the neck pain is now almost completely gone. The therapists were excellent, the exercises well described. All of my questions were answered, and they set me on a trajectory for healing and future pain prevention from what I learned.
Mike and the PT staff at the Physical Therapy Institute were amazing! He is very caring and an expert. I know that with his assistance that I will have a great recovery! Thank you! Steve
